Taylor-Made Property: Real Estate

Taylor-Made is an integrated commercial real estate investment and management company. The company sources and manages favorable investment opportunities that create value for their partners through each phase of the investment life-cycle. Taylor-Made owns and manages 16 properties, 12 in the PPS Property Fund Trust portfolio and 4 properties directly on their balance sheet.

Green Smoke Room is a cannabis seed distribution business in South Africa, Netherlands and Spain with global shipment. Caleo's investment has been used for working capital and capex required to expand the brand and seed business.

Belisa: Manufacturing

Belisa (Better Living Solutions for Africa) is a brick manufacturer supplying high-quality, affordable and environmentally-conscious bricks to the local construction and building industries. Belisa’s bricks use a patented binding technology that binds waste materials to create bricks, using less energy and water (up to an 80% saving on these inputs as compared to conventional).

GetBackd: Financial Services

GetBackd commenced operations in the USA in Q1 2019. The company provides debt financing to small and medium enterprises. The niche that GetBackd targets is still relatively new to alternative lenders and it is targeting an undercapitalised and growing market opportunity. Since launch, GetBackd has expanded its deal-sourcing network, refined its credit models and built a diversified loan book.

ProfitShare Partners (PSP) provides equity financing solutions for businesses, particularly SMMEs, backed by valid purchase orders or binding contracts. When it comes to accessing funds for immediate transacting to deliver on purchase orders and contracts, business owners often face serious risk due to cash flow constraints. PSP is bridging this gap by offering a solution that will allow businesses to deliver on their contracts.
